She was brilliant tonight! . Intercepts, tips, clever play, fab positioning, finding her voice. Woo Hoo 👏

This one was a toughy as could have given it to all of them !

CPOTM - Sarah Lou. Gammy eye or not, out of position and still fab! Great partnership with Holl tonight. Lots of talking and switching it up. Loved it !

Kylie. Last minute (literally) and played out of position. I think WD could be in your future though. Thank you so much for staying back to play with us. Brilliant 🤩

Could mention them all as they were all just fabulous ! I could watch Tolan’s and Beccas long bombs into Grace all day long!

It’s was a prem win!!! For us tonight 25-24 🥳

Although we had to scratch it so technically it was a loss but we don’t need to talk about that.

Lovely game against a lovely team and team Falcons played their game and everyone put a shift in.

Player of the match- JJ👸🏼
Despite having to come off with a migraine she bossed that centre court like she always does, always free for a pass, transitioning the ball down the court she makes it look easy 🥵

CPOTM - Amy 👸🏼
Playing GD tonight and she didn’t stop. Fabulous defensive work but her support mid court was brimming tonight. Always available on the line, shouting so we knew she was there she absolutely smashed it!!

Clocks running down, Anna’s centre pass to Carli, Carli just lobs the ball down the court in the direction of the D, luckily the safe hands of Duffy was there to catch it and sink another one in the net boom!!!

Emma W - excellent tonight, this girl has no chill. Maximum effort. Great support to her teammates.

A great start against the amazing Hotshots and a really enjoyable, competitive game. It was quite close at times throughout the game but they just played better. Special mention to Rosie for taking the GD position against an awesome GA despite still suffering with a hamstring injury and a gold star for Julie for still giving it what for despite a pulled groin (not in a good way)

A fantastic team performance saw Hawks secure an impressive 18-9 win tonight, despite only having five of our regular squad available. Our captain celebrating a big birthday. Happy birthday Suz 🥳

A huge thank you goes to Ange and Amie for stepping in and helping us out. Both players fitted seamlessly into the team and played a massive part in the result.

🌟 Player of the Match – Emma (GK)
For the third week running, Emma takes home Player of the Match after another outstanding display in defence. Her reading of the game, crucial interceptions and relentless work rate made life incredibly difficult for the opposition shooters throughout the match.

👏 Captain's Player – Emily (GA)
Emily earned Captain's Player for an exceptional performance at GA, a position that isn't her natural role. Up against a strong and physical defence, she showed great composure, movement and determination, sinking some superb shots when it mattered most.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved and another well-deserved win for Hawks!

Bit of a strange one outside tonight - the wind was absolutely having a laugh 🤪💨Huge credit to our shooters who handled it brilliantly 🌬🏐

Defensively we showed real teamwork across the court (GD/WD/GK) 💪

A fantastic match from Nic, proving once again she’s just as strong in defence as she is in the shooting circle 😀

CPOTM – Lottie (C/WA) 🏆
Lottie worked her socks off and completely ignored the “take it easy on the outside courts” rule… classic Lottie energy and we loved it.

Everyone played well again tonight. It’s genuinely hard choosing players each week because you all bring something different to the game 🏅

After a great start against a lovely team, we let them back into it in Q2. We gave our heads a little wobble and were back to it.

Jayne, she was ridiculous in Defence, she was intercepting EVERYTHING never seen her jump that much, she had player in the bag in the first quarter, tried to lift me up at one point - mistake 👌🏻

Katie — played WA and those high long lobs (is that what they are called?) were truly perfection into the brilliant Laura and Sophia in the D👏🏻

What a lovely game tonight, girls! Despite being a scratch team, Robins put in a very positive performance against a very strong opposition. There was some fantastic netball on display, plenty of laughs, and great team spirit throughout. It was a lovely enjoyable and a the right way to spend a 10pm match. Well done, everyone! xx

A huge shout-out to the whole team. It was a late game, we found out it was a scratch match at short notice, and we were up against some very strong opposition. A lovely fun friendly derby that everyone enjoyed. It was neck and neck all the way, which we were surprised about since we were playing without one of our regular shooters, so we were more than happy we managed to keep the score so close
