Strange league game this morning for the lads were we passed the ball well but struggled to get out of 3rd gear and up the tempo in the final third. Some great saves in the first half from the oppo keeper kept it at 1-0 and we just couldn’t find the second goal to make us more comfortable. Always nice to keep a clean sheet and Mason Bostock was fantastic for us today both in his defending and starting the passing from the back, he picked up coaches MOM. Parents MOM went to Finley Horton who worked the front line for us all morning and was a constant threat. Well done lads 👏 ⚽️

Tough one to take this morning for the lads who put in possibly the best 30mins we’ve seen them play racing into a 2-0 lead against Marshall’s. Unfortunately what followed was a very poor 40mins and Marshall’s eventually ran out 2-6 winners. Bobby Betteridge was parents MOM and Dan Swain picked up the managers award. Important we learn from the game and go again next week ⚽️🔴⚫️

Back in league action today for the lads. A really good performance seen us pick up our first win! We played some really good stuff and shared plenty of goals around the team. Sonny Jones picked up parents MOM and Mason Bostock was coaches MOM. Both were rock solid at the back and really comfortable on the ball playing out from the back! Well done lads 👏

Today we celebrated our season with a get together and presentation at Wild Shore. The kids had a great time and we survived the hour with no injuries 😅

Premier cup group stages came to an end and todays win sees us progress to the semi finals. After going 1-0 down we changed the shape slightly and from then on we were in total control. Bobby Betteridge made an immediate impact as soon as he got on the pitch and was superb getting a deserved goal and picked up parents MOM. Dan Swain picked up the coaches award with a fantastic display. Solid in defence and his quality on the ball meant he chipped in with 3 assists. Well done lads 👏🏻 ⚽️🏆

Great effort from this lot this afternoon in the Manchester Easter Cup. Topping the group and not conceding a goal all day in six games takes some doing. Unfortunately going out on pens in the semi final. Played some great stuff throughout and all had a great day! Well done guys 👍🏻⚽️

Good game this morning to start the cup against our friends at Beechwood Brazil. A good performance without getting the goals our play deserved at times. Sam Dog was parents MOM to keep his good run going and scored a bullet header off a corner. Marley Shearer was coaches MOM who put in another top display at left back. Well done guys 👍🏻⚽️

Not the result we were looking for today to take into the cup game’s starting next week but ultimately we didn’t play good enough on the day to deserve anything out of the game. 2 lads who can hold there heads high we’re Sam Gilfoyle and Charlie Hives. Sam was fantastic covering at centre back and then stepping forward into midfield as we chased the game. He contributed with a brilliant assist and goal. Charlie kept his good run going with stints in midfield and striker and also contributed with a well taken goal. Well done lads 👍🏻🏆

Entertaining game this morning up at Herron Eccles we’re we drew 3-3 with Woolton Roma. We took the lead early on and looked like we were going to extend it with a very quick start. We got a bit sloppy and let Roma back into the game and had to come from behind twice to earn a point. Henry Webster was parents MOM who put in a brilliant 2nd half display topped off with a brilliant solo goal. Mason Bostock was coaches choice who was rock solid at the back and unlucky not to get on the scoresheet himself. Well done guys 👏🏻
