A huge shoutout to my lovely client, Gina πŸ‘‘

Gina has joined a couple of my Lean Lady programmes and, in total, has lost a total of 25lb!! INSANE!

Whilst being signed up to my programme, Gina has been on numerous holidays and couldn't believe that she is still able to keep smashing her goals as well as enjoying holidays in between as well and enjoying nights out πŸ‘

I have helped Gina find that perfect balance between fitness and being able to enjoy herself without ruining any progress that she has already made πŸ’ͺ

loss & tone course has come to an end!

It was a perfect day to end the course on
International Womens Day πŸ’œ

The ladies have been AMAZING from fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, confidence & much more. Their results have been incredible, and I look forward to sharing them with you all over the next few weeks πŸ‘‘

I already have another course set and ready to go with some little changes to make it even better 🫢

I absolutely love teaching these courses, seeing and hearing their progress from all 15 girls, and seeing new friendships develop πŸ’œ

My lovely client signed up my 8 week Lean Lades and then my 4 weeks before Christmas course, and this is what she achieved πŸ‘

Over 2 stone gone forever!! πŸ’―

She has changed her lifestyle and continued to go to the gym after the course has finished and is feeling a lot stronger and fitter. She has noticed her fitness has improved, especially when going up the stairs πŸ‘

Small changes lead to big results, she didn't eat salads every day or spend hours a week in the gym. She stayed consistent and disciplined.

Lean Ladies Christmas programme complete πŸ‘πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ„

This year, I decided to create a Lean Ladies group programme that's based in the gym with the option of home or gym workouts included.

This way, I am able to help more women at the same time instead of just 1-1. I love that it is gym based because I can then help women build their confidence by helping them on the machines with correct form so they have more confidence when going to the gym on their own. Also, pushing them with the weights to show them that they are stronger than they think & that weight training won't get you big & bulky but strong & confident πŸ‘Š

I have seen some incredible results come from these programmes πŸ‘πŸ‘‘πŸ”₯

An incredible transformation from 1 of my fabulous 8 week Lean Ladies πŸ‘‘

So many people think that to get results like this, you have to restrict yourself from everything you enjoy.

❗️Train cardio 5 days a week

❗️Eat salads and cut all the foods you enjoy

❗️Have no social life

When actually this is far from the truth πŸ’―

Throughout the 8 weeks, she still had a social life, had a holiday in Dubai, and still enjoyed the foods that she likes.

We balanced a bit of cardio with weight training no more than 4 days per week for no longer than 1 hour each session πŸ’ͺ

Tracked her food with a balance of healthy fresh foods and a few treats each week πŸ˜‹

Choose a more active lifestyleπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ

WOW, what an amazing 8 weeks it has been!!

15 ladies 8 weeks and all achieved some incredible results. Fat loss, more confidence, stronger, dropped dress sizes, healthier structured lifestyle & so much more πŸ”₯

I have loved this course, i have loved seeing these women change every week, seeing their confidence grow πŸ‘‘

Greatful that this is my job helping women fall in love with their bodies all love again πŸ’œ

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION πŸš€

Carol is 70 years old, she came to me for Personal Training and hadn't really done a lot of weight training but wanted to drop some body fat and build some strength & fitness.

That's exactly what she did !

I asked Carol if I could share her age because i wanted to show that age is not a barrier & you can start to change your lifestyle at any point in your life.

9lb down, so much stronger & fitter she's amazing πŸ‘

Another amazing transformation from 1 of my summer shred girls, half a stone dropped even with a holiday in between!!

Inches have also dropped, leaving her with a stronger leaner look πŸ‘

The effort she puts into all the workouts is insane. She looked amazing before, but look are her now 😍

Do you ever wonder why you're not seeng progress in the gym? Your lifting heavy and you are training with good form.... but still no progress πŸ€”

Your mind muscle connection could be what's stopping you❗️

Concentrating on the exact muscles that you want to feel contracting when you're doing an exercise. This will help you use more muscle fibers, allowing you to grow muscle and help build more strength.

Here are a few tips that will help πŸ’ͺ

1. Please slow down your reps!!

I often see people training rushing through their reps and sets quick to get it done. Although your still doing all your reps if you dont have that connection with your muscle you may as well not be doing it at all.

2. Before you start your set stop close your eyes, visualise where you want to be feeling each rep.

3. Touch the muscle you want to work, i know this may sound weird but is it tense does it feel like it's getting pumped?

I hope this helps now let's grow those muscles πŸ’ͺπŸ‘
