Brereton Sports & Social Club Brereton Social FC has a long footballing history, being founded in 1899 and is a FA Charter Standard Club. The football club is located in Rugeley.

Welcome to the website of Brereton Social Football Club, based at Brereton Sports and Social Club in Rugeley Staffordshire. Our Senior team compete in division one of the Staffordshire Senior League, we have five Junior teams participating in staffordshire football leagues at Under 11, Under 12, Under 15 and Under 16 and a vets team which compete in the West Midlands Friendly Veterans League. The

football club is located at Brereton Sports and Social Club in Rugeley, with a flood lit ground and 100 seat covered stadium. Small sided games and training occur on the adjacent Hob Hill Primary School, with access from Brereton Social. Our Men's team competes in the Staffordshire Senior League and we currently have five Junior teams plus a vets team, in the 2013-2014 season. The aims for all teams is to:
◾Create a safe and friendly training environment
◾Personal development of all players
◾Develop competitive teams through team building

We encourage the development of all players irrespective of experience and ability, we do not use selection processes for players we strive to evolve all that want to be part of the club. As a Standard Charter Club the FA Safeguarding Children policy forms the core ethos of the club to ensure the safety and well being of all players. We support the FA Respect program, and have embeded the principles of Respect into the Clubs Code of Practice.

First Presentation Evening of this season is Saturday 27th May straight after the FA Cup Final, our undefeated U12s will be presented with their awards and a disco follows.
Family and friends welcome as always.

The 5 piece band covers famous group and solo artists from around the world with their male and female vocalist's

Two big events being held at the club this Sunday 18th December, first up from 12pm we have the Juniors Christmas Raffle and from 4pm the famous Lion Raffle which boasts many prizes, both raffles top prize is a £100 Christmas Hamper, if you haven't got your tickets yet pop in Sunday to get your lucky ticket and enjoy the atmosphere.
