Over the past few months, Ben has seen his general fitness and strength improve — especially on the bike. Just as importantly, training in a small group has helped build confidence while enjoying the social side of sessions too. 💪🚴‍♂️

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions have been fantastic for Gunnar.
Through a tailored coaching approach he’s been able to build strength, coordination and confidence — improvements that are showing both in the gym and on the track. 🏎️

Having impact beyond the gym is ultimately why we invest in our health and fitness, helping you to get the most out of what’s important to you!

Matt approached us following years of pain and niggles, not only preventing him from partaking in his sports and exercise but also from being the active Dad he wants to be 🤕

Introducing a structured strength program paired with appropriate mobility exercises have all helped increase his confidence and enable us the progress his program in the necessary ways 💪

Not only have the habits he’s built resulted in being able run around after his kids again rather than just watching on, but also lose bodyweight and get in better shape in the process. His persistence and ‘let’s give it a go attitude’ towards his training have been a testament to the progress he’s made. We’re excited for what’s to come! 📈

Injuries don’t have to be the end of the road!

Gaz approached us following suffering two significant injuries and being left frustrated being left to his own devices with his rehabilitation 🩼

Having a very active lifestyle is something that’s important to him and when he approached us, not only did he want to be pain-free again but also return to running & cycling 🏃‍♂️🚴

10 months down the line and not only is he back doing the sports he loves, but also hitting personal bests in the process 🏅

Relentless determination and consistency in effort, paired with a progressive and adaptable training program have provided a launchpad for both conditioning and strength adaptations to support his rehabilitation 🎯

Well done Gaz 👏

Long-term injury can not only prevent you from performing the sports and hobbies you enjoy, but can also be a barrier to improving your health and fitness 🤕

Taking the time to understand your needs, goals and injury history, alongside collaborating with other professionals when appropriate enables us to keep YOU at the forefront of the program. This helps regain confidence in your abilities, getting you back to doing the things you enjoy the most 🌟

Seeing guys come to us with long-term injuries, resolving them and returning to the sports is one of the most fulfilling aspects of what we do. Further that with them continuing to train here because they love it, well that’s just 🤩

No matter your goals or the stage you’re at in life, investing in YOUR health should be a priority 🌟 the benefits impact every facet of your day-to-day. Both physically and mentally, the list could go on.

Starting is often the hardest part. But once you start and you build momentum, begin to see progress, small wins turn into bigger wins and end up achieve things you didn’t think was possible. All whilst finding enjoyment in the process at the same time 📈

That long-term consistent approach is where the magic lies 🪄 🧙‍♂️

Supporting Martyn in integrating training into his week and seeing the changes and progress HE has made has been awesome over the past 6 months. Tailoring his training to the changing circumstances has kept the consistency flowing 💪
