A short day for me yesterday with only 1 category but had some amazing matches to fight my way to Gold! Well done to all my fellow team mates in who fought amazing in their own fights and who supported me while I was fighting. Thankyou to my coaches aswell who work tirelessly not only on competition days but behind the scenes to ensure we do our very best!

I feel so honoured to have been selected for Team GB this year.
There's a lot of prep and hard work leading up to it but I'm ready to put the work in and can't wait to get on those mats in August!!

It's been a crazy couple of weeks.
Last weekend I fought at the British Championships in different weight categories and came home with the gold! Ecstatic is not the word. 7 years of hard work to get to this point and I couldn't be happier.
This weekend I travelled to Amsterdam with some of my team to fight at the Dutch open in Amsterdam. It was an amazing experience. I came home with a silver in my -89 category and a bronze in my -84kg. I got the oppurtunity to fight with guys from other country's and face European champions and I loved every minute. It was hard, but let's face it, nothing worth doing is easy. Now to keep training, keep improving and keep pushing on. I couldn't do any of this without my coaches and team mates and feel extremely lucky to be able to do this wonderful sport! 💚🖤🤍

Bristol Open....
And that's a wrap for competitions for me for 2023 and what an amazing tournament to finish on.
I didn't podium but fought some amazing fighters, and had some great fights while battling through the rounds.
The atmosphere was electric and it was great to catch up with people I only see at tournaments and watch my team mates fight.
I came away feeling amazing about my performance and more determined to get ready for 2024.
I've had a fantastic year. I've trained hard, fought hard and competed hard. I've travelled abroad for the first time. I've seen improvements in my skills and techniques and all in all had a blast!
Thankyou Tony Anderton for your unwavering support and faith. You always tell me what I need to hear whether I like it or not!
Thankyou as well to Jack and Ethan who are at every tournament, ready to sit on my chair and support me on and off the mats!
It also wouldn't be the same crazy journey without the rest of Team SAS. You're all amazing!

This weekend saw me going abroad for the first time ever to compete at Heroes of Hamburg.
It was a new experience to say the least but absolutely loved every minute.
I managed to get a bronze in my -74kg category and learnt alot of lessons to take away with me moving forward.
Next stop.... Birmingham next weekend for GB Grand Slam. Let's do this!!!!

What a great day at Kickboxing GB International Open today. I came away with 2 x bronzes. Its not what I wanted and felt that I could have done some stuff better, but its all practice and experience. Now to go away and get ready for the next one.
It's been amazing watching the Team today and cheering everyone one, and catching up with the faces that I only see at tournaments.
Thankyou to my coaches Tony and Jack and also to Ethan who couldn't be there today but does alot of work with me in classes.
