Life's all about balance...
As we age our balance starts to decline. This is due to multiple different aspects of the aging process, but we CAN do something about it.
Just as cardiovascular exercise is essential to strengthen your heart, the body needs exercise to improve balance, otherwise it will start to decline.
So let's work on balance as part of our general fitness regime and boost strength and confidence in our bodies.
I'm going to be running a series of "Live" classes over the coming weeks concentrating on specific exercises to strengthen the legs and core, to help improve balance. The first one will be on Monday 28th June at 10am.
