We’re officially launching XTREME CLASSES — structured, high-energy sessions designed to build strength, confidence, and real results.

🍑 Legs, Bums & Tums
A high-octane Saturday session in a private gym space.
45–60 minutes of focused glute, leg, and core work including hip thrusts, squats, leg press, kickbacks, and brutal finishers.
Strong women. Strong sessions.
⚙️ Functional Fitness
Train with purpose.
Each session focuses on key compound lifts, clean technique, and intelligent programming to build real-world strength and long-term progression.
Expect squats, deadlifts, bench press, plus targeted accessory work.
