Sound on for natures sound bath… 🐦 🐶 🐦
I do enjoy trips into London. It reminds me of traveling and is such an amazing city filled with global culture. However, I am so grateful to get out and back home surrounded by nature.
In prep for my day in the city, I made sure I started my day with a grounding meditation and breath practice. I made time to see my horse before catching the train. I am now down regulating in my garden.
It’s so important to have these small moments in every day. But even more important on days when the nervous system is going to be stretched in ways it’s not used to.
