The sun was out ☀️ , so we were out! Plenty of cardio last night ... mixed in with loads of abs and of course, kettle bells ! Getting stronger guys ... summer is coming 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

First outdoors session done ! Fab work all .... seems people liked working out in the fresh air !

Ladies and gents ... tonight will be our first outdoors training session.... wrap up warm for the first 5 minutes ... then you're on it !!! The beatbox will still be pumping out tunes ... the neighbours will love it 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️. See you there !!
