The OL's Phoenix Ladies RFC is a ladies only touch rugby team. We pride ourselves on welcoming new players of all ages and abilities. Training consists of general fitness activities, rugby drills, ball handling, sprinting and a lot of fun... with a couple of pints in the clubhouse as a reward afterwards! We train in all weather conditions and are committed to ensuring everyone joining is part of s

omething special. If this is something you've always fancied doing or it's captured your interest then come along and have a go... It's a no pressure, no agro, all friendly team. You'll never know until you TRY!... Get in touch or just turn up on Sundays at 09:00 or Tuesdays at 19:00.
