A very interesting watch.

For me, the important take away (pun intended) would be the potential danger of highly processed foods and how addictive they are.

I'd also take note that many of these foods in moderation are likely totally fine and I for one do consume them.

Instead of labelling foods as good or bad, if we can learn what to prioritise nutrient dense foods, and consume less nutrient dense foods in smaller quantities then for me, we're onto something good.

Marketing makes eating "healthily" very hard. Its down to us as individuals to take our health into our own hands and give a big πŸ–•πŸ½ to big food companies and their marketing schemes!

I haven't posted for months.

Total transparency, we've just renovated a house top to bottom in a matter of months and I just couldn't take on any more work.

In all honestly I was pretty overwhelmed.

I was very, very tired and it wouldn't have been fair to those i currently work with to take on any more clients etc than I was already had, I just didn't have the capacity for it.

Now though, I feel refreshed and energised!

The house is pretty much done (finally) and I'll soon be opening up a select number of spots for 1:1 online coaching clients πŸ₯³

No matter your reason for wanting to take on a coach, I'd love to grab a chat and see if we'd be a good fit πŸ€œπŸ»πŸ€›πŸΎ
