A very bitter sweet moment, to announce I’m taking some time out of teaching. This Wednesday will be my last class at the Studio in Ruddington. I will be back in the spring, all being well.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been to one of my classes and supported me through the last 3 and a half years. It’s been so amazing getting to know you all, and to see everyone around the village! A huge thank you and well done to Jules as well, from that small space upstairs to creating the most amazing aesthetic studio for us all in Ruddington is just incredible!!!!

Our Wednesday evening classes are a chance to move, pause, and explore yoga beyond just the asana. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re very welcome to join us in the studio.

My classes explore the traditional teachings of yoga, paired with modern day life. We flow through asanas, work on breathing, and setting intentions on how to go into the everyday with more patience, more love and acceptance.
