I’m a 40+ personal trainer and I run small, supportive PT groups for women who want to lose weight, build strength, and feel confident using the gym. The programme runs for 6 weeks in a quiet, friendly gym, with full coaching throughout.
We use machines and free weights, and everything is taught step by step — so you don’t need any experience to join. If you’ve ever felt intimidated in a gym, you’ll feel right at home here.
