** CLASSES CANCELLED MON 18TH & TUES 19TH JULY **

DUE TO THE EXTREME HEAT WEATHER WARNING IN PLACE FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK, ALL PARKFIT CLASSES SCHEDULED ON THOSE 2 DAYS WILL NOT BE TAKING PLACE FOR OBVIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS.

Physical exertion is not recommended in extreme temperatures and we want to ensure that whilst it is tempting to carry on as normal, it may not be safe for everyone to do so.

We never like cancelling classes, but safety must come first.

NB the 6.15am Monday class may go ahead if the temperatures are low enough first thing on Monday morning - this will be decided on Sunday afternoon/evening so please keep an eye on the Whatsapp booking pages.

Keep hydrated and stay in the shade as much as possible!

The sun is out which means our hydration reminder must come out! As temperatures soar to record highs this week, please make sure you bring plenty of water to your class.

NB: Due to Covid our instructors are not carrying water atm and you must bring your own. And don’t be afraid to ask for a water break if you need one. Check out these tips to help you stay hydrated and stay on top of your game 😀
