A huge thank you to everyone that came down to our first ever BeachBums event this morning πŸ’«πŸ˜ŽπŸ–πŸ‘ It was lovely to see so many new faces, as well as some friends of The Strong Body Project, on the sand.

And a huge thank you to Pip Yoga 108 for an amazing cool down yoga flow, it was a perfect finish to our workout πŸ’«

Breakfast game changer alert!! 🚨

Mini omelette muffins are fast to make and can be stored in the fridge for a low carb yummy breakfast alternative when on the go πŸ˜‹

Add any filling of choice, ham, cheese, spinach,spring onion, courgette, sundried tomatoes.... the list is endless!! πŸ’«

Preheat oven to 350Β°F, don’t forget to grease inside your nonstick muffin tray first.

Mix eggs and your chosen ingredients in a bowl before pouring into the tin.

Bake for around 25 mins

Hi, and welcome to my new fitness page!

I've been a qualified fitness coach for 5 years and after a very real journey to finding my own healthy life balance, I'd like to help others on their journeys too πŸ™‚

I will be posting my own exercise tips, giving workout advice, answering any fitness questions, discussing nutrition and starting debates on interesting health related topics and generally creating an engaging page of info on fitness. There will also be lots of funnies, anyone that knows me knows that there always has to be funnies!! πŸ˜‰
