This was me last Sunday when I realised that 14 weeks of training through the dark, wet and windy winter months had all been worth it.

Whether our goals are to increase our strength, feel more positive about our body or beat a personal best time, the fundamental key still lies in consistency- showing up for yourself time after time. With this, trusting the journey you are on and being proud of yourself for choosing it and adhering to it.

⭐️⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT⭐️⭐️

Nina contacted me last year looking to get back to fitness after relocating to the area with her husband and three young children. She recognised that she would like to improve her general functional strength as well as her cardiovascular fitness. So, we set to work using a combination of resistance training and HIIT training.
Nina has smashed her training, and more importantly has found a fitness routine that fits into her busy family life and career. She even takes her work outs on holiday with her!
Here is what she has to say about her fitness journey so far…

As a busy mum, I really struggled to find time for exercise. Working with Andrea has been a game changer! Her in-person sessions are a great mix of fun and challenge; and her personalised programme of exercises to do throughout the week easily slot around my work and family life. I‘ve really benefited from the structured approach Andrea provides and she has taken the fear-factor out of weights and press ups. I’m definitely the strongest I’ve ever been! I would very much recommend Andrea.
