This was me last Sunday when I realised that 14 weeks of training through the dark, wet and windy winter months had all been worth it.
Whether our goals are to increase our strength, feel more positive about our body or beat a personal best time, the fundamental key still lies in consistency- showing up for yourself time after time. With this, trusting the journey you are on and being proud of yourself for choosing it and adhering to it.
And finally, smile to the finish line 😊
