Tunbridge Wells Triathlon Club We welcome members of all abilities to run, cycle, swim and socialise throughout the year. Many of our members just enjoy training and socialising together.

Tunbridge Wells Triathlon Club (TWTC) welcomes members of all abilities to run, cycle, swim and socialise throughout the year. We support each other at multisport races throughout the UK and overseas, whether that's your first experience at a local triathlon or representing Team GB Age Group. Our members are from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Crowborough and villages throughout the West Kent and Eas

t Sussex area.

*We're not just about Triathlon*
You certainly don't need to be a triathlete to join us! Some might just swim, others just love our weekly trail runs. Maybe you're a runner who needs to do a bit of cross-training? As well as Triathlon (swim, cycle, run), our members also take part in:

* Duathlon (run, cycle, run)
* Aquabike (swim, cycle)
* Aquathlon (swim, run)
* Cross-Triathlon (swim, MTB, trail run)
* Cross-Duathlon (trail run, MTB, trail run)
* Open water swims
* Trail runs

Race season is finally here 😍

TWTC members get 2025 off to a flying start at Tonbridge Triathlon and Hildenborough Road Races.

Great performances all round from Tim, Owen and John at Tonbridge, and Jane, Elise and John at Hildenborough.

Stand out performances were Owen finishing 6th in the overall standings at the Sprint distance Triathlon, and to John for taking on the Sprint distance AND the Hildenborough 10 miler on the same day!

Well done all for representing our fantastic club. 🤩

Taking advantage of the sunny weather 😎, TWTC cyclists 🚴‍♂️🚴🏻‍♀️set out on the road to Folkestone on Sunday morning. After grabbing lunch 🌮🍕🍺 at the Harbour Arm Goods Yard, some riders took the train home 🚆 after the lovely 90km ride to the coast. A hardy group however managed the full round trip riding against the headwind on the way back 💨!! A fine club day out 🏖️😀🧡🖤

Happy Trails to You 🎶. The TWTC were out and about on Saturday morning running the stunning trails around Groombridge. It was crisp, it was cold. We had coffee and cake in the Groombridge Community Cafe afterwards. Each Saturday we do a scenic trail run in the area offering a variety of distances and paces. Over 20 hardy TWTC riders braved very wet conditions to meet at The Greyhound in Charcott for a fabulous Bacon Butty Brunch social meet up. The breakfast baps were very good indeed. Looking forward to more social events as the weather improves 🚴‍♀️🚴🚴‍♂️🥓🍳🌧️🧡🖤😀

Well done to all TWTC members who completed the Hell of the Ashdown 2023 sportive on Sunday. 100km of riding, 1900m of climb and bitterly cold weather made for a challenging day out. But a good time was had by all! Thanks so much to for putting on an excellent event once again. 🧡🖤🚵‍♀️🚵🥶
