If you want to RUN Strong ⬇️

Don’t neglect your strength training!

Hip Thrusts & KAS Glute Bridges (superset these)🔥
- Strengthens your glutes & hamstrings. Helps produce more force into the ground when running, improves hip extension & makes your stride more efficient.

Bulgarian Split Squats (it’s a love/hate relationship 🫠)
- Unilateral strength is super important for runners, as you are building strength through each leg. This evens our imbalances & improve leg stability.

Goblet Lateral Box Step Downs (looks easier than it is!)
- Great for hip stability, knee tracking & building strength in the quads and glutes 🍑

Straight Leg Hip Bridges (hamstrings & hip flexors)
- Supports increased power & speed for running, protects your knees & helps with the control of your leg as it swings through in your running stride.

Front foot elevated Calf Raises 🌶️
- Don’t neglect your calves, these will help reduce risk of Achilles injuries (very common in runners) and improves running efficiency & increases power on each step!

Copenhagen Planks
- improves hip stability, reduces risk of groin injuries, improves knee control & strengthens the core. This is such a good movement (it’s difficult) but the pay off is huge!
