So here I am my final morning of work 39 weeks + 6 days pregnant.
I feel a real mix of emotions right now. Im definitely going to miss working. You all know how much I LOVE my job, teaching and training you is such a huge part of my life- (hence why I have worked right up until my due date tomorrow 😅) and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the support, care, encouragement and dedication you’ve shown to me throughout this pregnancy.

I have absolutely loved being pregnant and working, I’ve loved you all watching my bump grow and be on this journey with me. (I feel like I’ve got some of the best advice from you too👌so thank you!!)

All that said I do feel incredibly lucky to be in this position now of going on Maternity leave having got to nearly 40 weeks 💗 I am excited (and nervous) and cannot wait for this new chapter in my life to start.

I know I’ve said it so much lately but “THANK YOU” for working so hard for me and “THANK YOU” for being so dedicated.
.. You know my plan of when I’ll start back and, all being well, at the end of class/ PT sessions I’ll have a little face to show you! 🥰

Until then, shoulders back, neck long, abs engaged ... and don’t forget to breathe 😂

Definitely seen a mixture of these faces being pulled over the last two days! (I’m sure you can pick a few emojis to personally describe your feelings towards the new workout 😂!!)

Well done to everyone who has given the new routine a go-I’m impressed!! Also, Thank you for the amazing feedback I’ve received, I really appreciate your words, it makes all the time spent creating and pulling it all together even more worth it....

and for the rest of you who have yet to try it.... well, just look forward to 9am on Saturday!!!! 😬🔥 👌
