This weekend, 3 of our fighters attended The Kingdom of Loxwood to fight in the Passage of Arms tournement hosted by Invicta Medieval Combat

They allied with four fighters from Knight of the Gilded Spurs Buhurt to form Band of Brothers, and took Bronze in the 5 vs 5 buhurt category against some strong competition.

Thank you to Sven, Laurens, Patrick and Jonathan, along with their support.

We look forward to seeing what these fighters accomplish in their fighting careers.

Last weekend our womens team, the Banshees, attended Loxwood to take part in the Women's Passage of Arms competition facilitated by Invicta Medieval Combat with help from Maedbh from Na Bánánaigh.

In their individual categories, Vicki narrowly missed out on a medal in Longsword, Maedbh took bronze in sword and shield, Sarah took bronze in polearm, and Sara took Gold in sword and buckler!

In the group categories they took Silver, leading to a silver medal overall.

We're incredibly proud of all the results, and of the women who achieved them after putting in a lot of hard work over the last few months, and grateful to Maedbh from Na Bánánaigh for being a welcome presence assisting in the list.

We look forward to seeing all of the women join the ranks of their teams on a regular basis.
