Fundraising for Mind in memory of Jack and Wayne Mitchell. Over the next year, 5 of Jack’s friends are undergoing an epic challenge competing in 30 events!

The race is on to complete all 30 events by what would have been Jack’s 30th Birthday.

There is a new way for people to access crisis mental health support.

You can now call 111 and select option two.

This service is open to people of all ages and is being provided by our two mental trusts - Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) and Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV).

The introduction of this service will make it easier for people to access the mental health support they need and in due course will replace the numerous freephone numbers currently in use

Who remembers this epic day for Colour Obstacle Rush at Newcastle Race Course?

Summer 2024 might seem a million miles away but we’re dreaming of recreating this day with love, laughter and of course our wonderful community back together again.

We have had confirmation from that they do have some limited spaces for this race. So if you want to get involved comment on this post asap!! 💚

💚GNR 2023 - COMPLETE💚

Well done to all of our amazing runners yesterday!!!

Safe to say yesterday was run most won’t forget in a rush!! Thanks to torrential conditions getting home was a real struggle with many of the team stuck at the finish line for hours!!

Thankfully everyone made it back safe and well… albeit a bit damp!

We had some outstanding times… especially taking into account the extreme conditions!!

Well done again everyone who ran 💚💚💚💚
