Widbrook is an English Football Accredited (EFA) and is registered with the Hampshire Football Association (FA).

The Cup run may be over, but now our full focus turns to the league.

We kick off our Division 7 campaign this Sunday against Ventora Royals. ⚽️

After last week’s narrow defeat, the lads will be hungry to put things right and start the league season with a win.

Time to get the campaign underway. 💪

We’re still on the lookout for defensively minded players to join our U13 squad!

🔴 Mid to lower ability players welcome.
🔴 U12 players of mid ability also welcome to come and play a year up.
📍 Havant based
🏃 Training: Wednesdays at 5:30pm
🏆 Matches: Saturday mornings in the Mid Solent League

An unfortunate start and end to our Cup run this morning, but the lads put in an outstanding performance against Division 6 opposition, Petersfield Reds.

Two penalties finding their way past our Cal could’ve knocked the wind out of the team, but Presley quickly got his revenge, sinking one into the Reds’ net! ⚽️

🧤 Man of the Match: Cal — outstanding between the sticks and kept his composure throughout.

A tough result, but plenty of positives to take. Best of luck to Petersfield Reds in the rest of their Cup run.

For us, it’s time to focus on the league. 💪

A brilliant inter-club friendly to celebrate the start of the season! ⚽️

It was a great game to watch, with both sides showing just how much they’ve improved and developed. The Wolves eventually came away with a 2–0 victory, but the Warriors made them work incredibly hard for every goal.

Not the end to pre-season we were hoping for today. ⚽

The lads unfortunately fell to a 6-0 defeat against Paulsgrove’s new Division 5 side. A tough test against a team of strong players, but plenty of lessons to take away from the game.

🏆 Man of the Match went to Fred, who ran himself into the ground from start to finish.

We’ll dust ourselves off, take the lessons with us and get ready for the season ahead. 💪
