The Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad compete at a National and International level and over the years, have been awarded many first place titles in both Stunt and Dance. As well as being a competitive squad, we have weekly themed socials which help us get to know each other and are lots of fun. g a go! No experience is needed in joining the squad; you will be taught all the skills you need. If you are already an experienced cheerleader or gymnast, there are try outs for our higher level squads. Please feel free to come along to our come-and-try session or visit our stall during the Freshers Fair!
