POV: Your instructor says, “Let’s add another spring…” and suddenly you’re questioning everything 😂

But here’s the thing: more springs doesn’t always mean a harder move 👀 For some exercises, extra resistance makes the movement more challenging, while for others, those springs can actually give you more support and make the exercise easier.

It’s all about having the right resistance and support for the movement, so you can perform it correctly (even if we are still emotionally attached to our lighter springs 😂)

Fighting for our lives on the reformer, shaking, sweating and questioning every life decision… just for a man to tell us Pilates is “basically just stretching” 😂

Meanwhile, we’re one more set of lunges away from seeing the light 😅
