This morning I organised and facilitated a Femaleās Only, Pilates Inspired Stretch Class at Rotherham Ethnic Minority Alliance (REMA) for a lovely group of ladies.
It was an honour to discuss and highlight Mental Health Awareness Week as a part of the session, specifically focusing on how sports and fitness can help to boost mental wellbeing. We also incorporated confidence, empowerment and positive thinking through movement.
I thoroughly enjoyed my morning, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Thank you to everyone that came. And just to make it even better, because itās my birthday today everyone sang to me and I had a lovely piece of homemade cake from a client to celebrate! š„³
