Big good luck to these incredible ladies from Rawmarsh Runners as they take on the Dearne Valley 10K! 🏃‍♀️💚🩷

After smashing their Couch to 5K graduation, this is another huge step forward on their running journey — proving just how far determination, hard work and self-belief can take you.

Every mile, every training session and every challenge has led to this moment, and we couldn’t be prouder. You are all truly amazing and an inspiration to so many others thinking about starting their own journey.

🌟 TRAIL TIME FOR OUR RUNSTARS! 🌟

Tonight our amazing Runstars took on the trails for the very first time — and what a night it was! 🌲🏃‍♀️

We wanted to shake things up this year… not just speed sessions, hills, and tarmac — so we introduced a brand new adventure: trail running!

This week they smashed 1.16 miles through Birchwoods, full of smiles, laughter, and fresh air 😄🍃
Safe to say… they absolutely LOVED it! 💚
