They say today is the “most depressing day of the year,” but who decided that? Yes, it’s cold, dark, and maybe the motivation is low… but that just means it’s the perfect time to focus on what lifts us up.

✨ Move your body – even if it’s just a 10-minute stretch.

But if you’ve fallen off, don’t worry—you’re not alone! Here are 3 quick tips to help you reset and refocus:
1️⃣ Start small: Focus on just one action today, like a 15-minute walk or prepping a healthy meal.
2️⃣ Revisit your “why”: Remember the reason you started this journey—it’ll keep you motivated.

Something I must get better at is asking for reviews! Reading this makes me emotional in the best way and sums up exactly why I love to do what I do we all deserve to feel good in our own skin and get healthier along the way 😍

‘I have been a yoyo dieter for more years than I care to remember and I procrastinated about starting something new with Sarah for a while.
I worried it would just be another fad, another short term ‘fix’ that I wouldn’t be able to stick too. Skip to 5 months later and I’m 2 stones lighter, 2/3 dress sizes down and feel stronger than ever. And whilst all that is great, the thing I love about it the most is that it’s sustainable.
Sarah is so supportive, personable, kind, knowledgeable, inspirational, down to earth and caring - a PT yes but she has also become a friend, teacher, mentor and champion of myself.
My only regret is that I wish I’d have done this years ago. I’m excited to see what I can achieve with Sarah’s support in the future. Thank you to Sarah for making me believe in myself and to just do it!’

Please join me in a huge Christmas cheer for Carla!!!

2 stone shed for good after years of yo yo dieting

Carla told me how previously when she’d lost weight she wasn’t healthy, looked and felt ill due to unsustainable methods and quickly gained the weight back each time

It’s safe to say she left her excuses at the door when we started training and went all in

She has learnt how to eat for what her body needs to thrive and I should mention here this involved eating MORE than she previously had before which took some adjusting too mentally with a gradual approach

Carla put her trust in me and did it despite her concerns which im truly grateful for

She has completed her training plan in between sessions like an absolute boss at home with no equipment via the BearFit app💪🏼

She enjoyed the headspace during her daily walks so much she got an adorable puppy Dora to ensure this is a lifestyle she continues

We’ve laughed so hard in her PT sessions as her leggings grew increasingly baggy 🤣

Carla isn’t stopping here, she has more goals to achieve and I’m so proud to be a part of this journey, she is rebuilding, physically and mentally and it’s bloody beautiful to see

Well done my friend, have the best Christmas and I’ll see you 2nd Jan 💪🏼
