A Memorable Evening of Celebration.

We were honoured to host a special dinner marking the successful completion of the Women Wellness Matters – Fitness Project 2024–25.

Graced by esteemed guests including Lord Shaffaq Mohammed, Lord Nazir Ahmed, Mayor Cllr Rukhsana Ismail, Deputy Mayor Cllr Haroon Rashid, Special guest Sahibzada Tasleem Ahmed Sabri and other distinguished dignitaries — their kind words and support deeply encouraged our mission.

Special appreciation to Tamseel Shahid, Chairperson of Women Wellness Matters, for her tireless dedication to promoting women’s health and wellbeing.

As our wonderful journey of Free Fitness Sessions with Women Wellness Matters is coming to an end, we’re excited to invite you to our final large sessions – a special combination of fitness workshop, one-on-one consultation, and practical training to support your continued wellness journey!
