To help meet your goals i do believe that calorie counting will give you the most effective results whilst still including the foods you love 🍎

In your sessions i can help you understand calorie counting, how to do it & set your amount of calories etc.

Essentially no you don’t NEED to track your calories but it certainly does help with weight loss, muscle gain and will better your understanding of nutritious foods😆

Hi everyone 👋🏼,

I’d just like to give all new & existing clients who may not be aware that this year will be a different one for us with my baby girl being due in May👶🏼💗

Until then i will be doing my Personal Training as normal & i’m still open to taking on new clients. As we move further through the year i’ll be getting in touch with my clients for making plans whilst i’m off.
