🎂🧘🏼‍♀️ IT’S OUR 5th BIRTHDAY!! 🧘🏻‍♂️🎂

This month marks 5 years of our community yoga classes 🥰 I can’t believe it!

I started these classes with a huge passion to teach yoga, but wondered if anyone would come, if it would be sustainable.
So THANK YOU to every single one of you that has attended a class before!! ❤️

I’ve taught over 1000 community classes. Outdoor yoga classes, in the sun and rain 😅 Classes with the Rotherham United football team. Classes at Roche Abbey, Rotherham Crematorium. And more ✨✨

It’s also International Yoga Day on June 21st.

✨⏰ So to celebrate these things, there will be a special online booking class price, live for 5 hours, on Sunday June 21st, 12pm-5pm.
All classes will be priced online at £5.55 (to celebrate 5 years!). Limited to 3 class bookings per person. You can book onto any class dates (up to 3 classes) and receive this price during this time. That’s over 30% off the usual price!⏰✨

✨⏰ And for those that turn up and pay cash without an online booking, the walk-in price between 27th June - 3rd July will be £5 so you can receive something as well (don’t forget I am on holiday from June 21st to June 26th) ⏰✨

Nearly half way through the year, but it feels like it’s just begun with the seeds sprouting and the sun shining 🌱☀️🌻

I feel like I’m slowly finding my feet with doing so much - home school, single mum, yoga teacher, caregiver to multiple disabilities…. My life is far from calm all the time though 😅

But I’m finally taking better care of myself, a year into single handedly home schooling my daughter alongside working, and I’m prioritising my sleep, eating well with an abundance of fruits and veggies, calming my nervous system every day, and I’m starting to feel so good! ✨🧘🏼‍♀️🥰🙌🏼

In two weeks I will be holding some yoga sessions at the Rotherham Crematorium Open Day 🧘🏼‍♀️💖🧘🏻‍♂️ Saturday 9th May, 1pm-4pm.

These sessions will help bring a moment of calm to anyone visiting during the open day. The sessions will be suitable for everyone, whether you have done yoga before or not. We will do some gentle movement, bring awareness to our breath, and take a moment to connect to ourselves, trying to let go of the stress we can all so easily carry.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Taster Sessions – Open Day, 9th May 🧘‍♂️

As part of our Open Day on the 9th of May, we’ll be offering short yoga taster sessions throughout the afternoon hosted by Yoga with Jodie - Rotherham/Sheffield

These 15-minute sessions will run three times every hour between 1:00pm and 4:00pm, giving you plenty of opportunity to take part, no matter when you arrive.

Yoga is a gentle and accessible way to support both physical health and mental wellbeing. It can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and provide a moment of calm in what can often be busy or difficult times.

We also recognise that practices like yoga can be especially supportive during periods of bereavement, offering space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect in a quiet and supportive environment.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have tried it before, everyone is welcome to join. If you are interested in this, we advise coming to the open day in something suitable for the session :)

I’m back from my holiday and classes start back tonight!
