41 today 🙌 I feel lucky to be healthy, happy and have such a wonderful family that love me so much & make me feel capable of reaching my potential ❤️ I have 4 amazing kids, the best partner, awesome friends the career I always dreamt of & I’m somehow still having a mid-life crisis by following my goal of being a Muay Thai fighter & getting on a promotion card 💥 🖥️ 😂 thankyou to for putting up with me & for always putting me in my place 🙏

Saturday marks the day I get to FINALLY test myself in my first competitive Muay Thai bout 🥊

It’s a mix of feeling scared one minute then totally alive the next, constantly worrying about injuries, that it won’t happen or it’ll be called off 😥

I’ve kept it pretty quiet but some people have been asking when it’s going to happen/ wishing me luck so I’m grateful for everyone’s support & wishes too: Time to lock in as my opponent is an experienced fighter & deserves a lot of respect.

Can’t thank my coach enough for giving me the opportunity. I can’t wait to step over the rope 🙏
