Running alone is great, sometimes it’s nice to just get some “me time”, clear your head. I’ve made many life decisions out on the trails, but one thing I have found is that you’re less likely to push yourself alone, or step things up a gear and that’s why running with other like minded people can be so good for you.

Not only is it great to have friends to chat to, help the miles goes by without even noticing, a nice bit of friendly competition can work wonders to your miles per minute. Hill training / intervals are pretty hard alone but with your running buddies going through it with you it can certainly ease the pain! 🥵

We love running together as a pack at Hiit The Trail and no one gets left behind, if you want to improve your running, training for an event or you’re just starting out then get in touch, we’d love to have you come train and become a stronger , faster better runner 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Here's our ladies smashing out some squats last week ! Strong legs and glutes =stronger faster runners. Come join us on a Friday morning to improve your running, strength and endurance, all abilities welcome, we cover bewteen 3-4 miles session. The dogs have been helping me plan this Fridays route...sorry they found a hill 🙈

If you want to improve your running but struggle getting out there on your own come join our lovely group of like minded runners. Running with other people really helps you get through the tough bits ( usually those first few miles 😆) everyone helps motivate each other and stick it out even when you do hit a nasty hill!

If you fancy getting off the pavements and enjoying the more scenic routes in the area then drop me a message for further details.

Friday's run (28th sept) will meet outside Sonning Common Primary School at 9:15a.m.
