When Sam Oliver is in the area, has his Gi in the car, and decides to call in for a visit… you know you’re in for a good session! 🥋🔥

What an amazing session that was. Some brilliant half guard techniques from both the bottom and top, followed by some seriously good pressure work.

Then, just to kill us off, plenty of 5-minute sparring rounds at the end! 😮‍💨😂💀

Great night of training at The Shed! 🥋

Huge thanks to Sandis Kalo Roze for sharing some excellent techniques and putting on a top-class session.

It was also great to have Adam Lloyd back on the mats after his injury. Unfortunately, he had to head off before we grabbed the group photo, but it’s brilliant to see him training again.

Looking forward to the next one! 💪👊
