-If you have a home gym and need fitness and nutritional programming to keep you on track.

-If you prefer to train remotely as you work from home and have other commitments, we offer our personal training services online

-If you have an hour before or after the school run/ work commitments, we can offer you a private studio to focus on you!

Our studio is open for 1 to 1 personal training 5 days per week Monday-Friday from 6am-9pm, **subject to availability**

"Can't find the time" 🕰⏳️

There are several truths to learn when it comes to managing your time better which can be applied to your exercise regimes to!

- If you constantly say / tell yourself you don't have the time.. you aren't making yourself a priority.

- If you struggle to understand where your time goes? Keep a diary/ log of your weekly routine using a calendar, written diary or notes on your phone. This can help to break down the days/ weeks / months and help visualise where your time could be used better !

- Remember, especially with exercise rest is just as important! Relaxing on your days off is not an opportunity for you too feel guilty, instead this is essential for your recovery for progression!

- For those of us that thrive off being organised, create lists this can be self fulfilling too! Write down what you want to achieve in the gym this week/ month/ year.

- Think pros and cons, this can help us to see what we need/ want to prioritise.

Let's talk PROTEIN

We can all struggle from time to time to increase our protein intake, however when we are aiming to build muscle mass this is important to maintain! Protein shakes can help to supplement this

BUT this does not have to be boring !

Below we've used:

*Milk- you can even swap for oat or almond 🥛

*Nutella- why not try peanut butter ? 🥜

It's been great to see everyone start the new year on the right foot 🙌

A lot of people ask what the "personal" in personal training stands for. Our coaching is much more than turning up to training each week, we get to know YOU and support YOU with your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. We tailor training to individuals because there are multiple aspects of our lives that feed into our success with exercise!

- To track food and fluid intake, hydration and nutrition is key 🥦

- Reflection helps us realise our strengths and weaknesses over a day, week, month 🧠

- A chance to brain dump, doing this before we sleep can give our minds a chance to reset 😴

- An alternative to technology! Pick up a book instead of your phone right before you rest 🌙
