Here is the schedule of my in person classes around Ross on Wye.

My Park yoga chapter is finished for this year.
I am so grateful I was part of it.

The weather stayed amazing during the whole season, it rained only for the last session!
Although, it didn’t stop us!

We had a laugh, we had cups of teas on our ‘chairs’ frequently, listened to our core waking up, we heard our brain squeaking etc 😂

You kept coming back 💚

On average about 50 of you made a choice to join us on Sunday mornings. 🌳
One day the class reached whooping 78 participants!
Thousands across the UK practising yoga outside at the same time! (feeling the goosebumps…. )
