We take you from our canoe hire centre (Symonds Yat West) up river for the start of your river Wye canoe trip and you paddle back to us. Depending on how long you want to hire a canoe for will depend on how far upstream from Symonds Yat we will take you. When you arrive at our canoe hire centre
Once you arrive at our canoe hire centre you will be fitted with a buoyancy aid
and paddle and given a dry barrel to keep your personal possessions in. You will then be given a safety briefing and some basic instructions on how to paddle and steer the boat. You will leave your cars at our canoe hire centre and we will then transport you in our minibuses, with the canoes, upstream to your start point. Length of your canoe trip
We can hire you a canoe on the River Wye from half a day to a week. For a half day canoe trip on the river Wye you will be transported to Kerne Bridge and paddle back to us at Symonds Yat. For a full day canoeing you will be transported to Ross on Wye for the start of your trip, a 2 day trip starts from Hoarwithy, 3 day trip starts from Hereford, 4 day trip from Bredwardine, 5 day trip from Whitney on Wye, 6 days from Hay on Wye, and 7 days from Glasbury.
