One of they keys to results is first you must enjoy it!
When I first met chenzo about 2 months ago the first thing he said to me was “I have never trained and I’m never going to” I was I’m not asking you to bro just saying hi lol.
Boy did that change, week later bro can we do a session? Now he trains 6 days per week, has lost 11kg, and added some serious lean muscle.
Now he wouldn’t know what to do without it, his mind is better, his health is better, he is happier, it has done wonders for him. It is a pleasure to coach you.
