Great effort from representing Romsey Amateur Boxing Club last night. 🥊

It wasn’t our hand raised at the end in what was a very competitive bout, but we couldn’t be prouder of the performance, attitude and heart shown in the ring.

Amateur boxing is all about learning and developing, and tonight was another step in the journey. Valuable experience gained that will only make him stronger and better moving forward.

Win or lose, stepping through the ropes takes real courage and we’re proud to have him representing

Back to the gym, keep working, and we go again. 👊

Huge thank you to for having us down, was a fantastic night of boxing. With some top Irish dancing thrown in at the interval.

Massive thank you to Atomic Amateur Boxing Club for having Romsey ABC down for some quality sparring last night.

These two put in serious work in the ring — sharp skills, tough rounds, and great sportsmanship all the way through 💥🥊 It’s sessions like this that build experience, confidence, and championship mindset.

Last night we had Ellis having his first full bout, he boxed well but didn’t get the nod. Massive congratulations to Ellis as anyone who gets through them ropes is a winner, back to the gym, few things to work on and we go again.

Romsey Amateur Boxing Club back doing what we do best — getting out of our comfort zone and into other gyms to sharpen our skills. There’s nothing like travelling to test yourself, and that’s exactly what our boxers did.

Huge thank you to and for having us down. Both top gyms with some top boxers.

And a huge well done to our boxers, all putting in a shift. Well done guys….

SUNDAY TRACK WARFARE💨🔥

The Romsey ABC squad took over the track this morning and left nothing behind. Flat-out sprints, burning lungs, heavy legs — exactly where champions are made.

Sprints build explosive power, elite conditioning, fast recovery, and a mindset that refuses to quit. When your body wants to stop, your mind learns to go again. That’s boxing.
