With the bank holiday over and sensei now on the mend from his recent sickness this means we are back at training tonight. Gradings are being planned for mid October so all students wishing to fulfill the requirement to grade should ensure regular attendance and bring their A game.....remember a black belt is a white belt that didn't quit!
