Mrs B's Hula Skoola Hoop Dance Classes, Workshops, Corporate Workshops, Parties and events for all ages. Custom made hoops to order.

Disillusioned with the same old exercise classes on offer in her town, Nicola (Mrs B) wanted a unique, fun and playful way to get active. A local hoop class would change her life forever! Nicola attended her first hoop class in March 2014 and was instantly smitten. Hooping through pregnancy and following a short break after the birth of her second child, Nicola returned to hooping as a fun way of

getting back into shape and a welcomed opportunity to take time out of family life and make her feel like herself again! Not only did it give Nicola energy on those tired days, but she found it was a great way to relieve stress and anxieties. It provided her with a unique hobby that taught her new skills, could be mentally challenging and gave her a great sense of achievement. And if hooping couldn’t make things any better, Nicola has made lots of new hoopy friends! Former Project Manager turned full-time mummy of 2, Nicola Butcher is a fully certified Hoop dance Teacher, Hoop Love Coach and is DBS checked.
