Midweek chat from the gaffer looking ahead to what we are sure will be an exciting FA Vase match this Saturday vs Bournemouth "Poppies" FC

“Obviously it was frustrating not playing Tuesday night, especially after a really good win on Saturday, so we were hoping to build some momentum, something we’ve struggled to do due to a couple of factors. However, we trained Thursday night with fresher legs and a couple more players back involved.

It’s another big test against a team from the division above and despite losing narrowly to Petersfield Town & Bashley we performed very well in both and could’ve won either.

We know it’s not going to be easy this weekend and we’ll need to work hard and be clinical in both boxes if we want to progress to the next round.

The support in our three home games has been amazing, especially on Saturday just gone and it would be brilliant if we can get another big crowd in to support the boys.“
