Just a quick thank you to friends and members for the offers to help. I will be putting together some sort of rota. Big thanks to Paul Summers of Lin brook fisheries for donating some equipment. I have a lot of time for people who's first reaction is to want to help not criticize.
Very difficult circumstances at the moment.

To my Members...
Please contact me if you are interested in becoming a Bailiff through this difficult time. I will arrange a rota and a list of maintenance jobs along with a feeding program. I hope this will improve security at the same time.

Unfortunately some scum visited the lake over the weekend and stole the nets and mats from the fishery which were locked up. Also the pellet was taken.
They have Coombe lake written on them so if you see anyone using them please let me know.
I am now keeping the lake open to members as a security measure, I will allow one member on at any one time. Please bring your own nets and mats and any spare bait!
For those who dream of running a fishery....its really not that great.

A couple of recent captures. The fish seem in great condition.
Some extra work completed on the fence to hopefully keep our furry friends out.

Before and after shots from a bit of w**d removal on Monday.
To all syndicate members...l am planning a work party this Saturday, any help is welcome. Bbq later in the day.
Fishing has been good lately with a couple of multiple captures on over night sessions.

Mixed emotions on the recent netting.....
Some fantastic carp in great condition and some beautiful young ones which have been spawned in the lake.
Unfortunately the otter had also got in down a pipe from the road which had been uncovered.
Very nasty damage on two fish, such a shame.

Unfortunately Coombe lake will no longer be taking weekend bookings.
The few spoil it for the masses....rubbish left and equipment going missing. It is very sad after all the hard work we have put in but lesson learned.
It will now be run as a full syndicate only.
Existing bookings will be honoured.

The lake is looking great!
Couple of fish from the last few weeks.
Stu managed to temp this one using a new high tech bait....bread. 1st time it has been out now 21.4lb....it's name will be Busky after Stu's fantastic new brand of clothing that I know he has been working very hard on. Busky Clothing
