🥊 Massive well done to Rufus for completing his Purple Belt grading last night! 🥋👏

Rufus took on an outstanding 1 hour 45 minute grading and showed exactly what it takes to achieve the next level. He always works incredibly hard, gives 100% in every training session, and approaches every grading with great determination. 💪

It was definitely a tough grading, but Rufus’s superb fitness level, commitment, and mindset got him through. A fantastic achievement that he should be extremely proud of! 🌟

A huge thank you to Ross Leech for leading the grading and putting Rufus through his paces, and also to the rest of the team who helped push him during his 3 x 3-minute sparring rounds, facing a fresh fighter each round. 🥊🔥

Big thank you and well done to our younger coaching team for stepping up this week 👊

Our junior and cadet class was led by Marissa Sutton with great support from Caitlin and Jamie you all did a fantastic job!

While I was running the junior black belt grading, it was great to see our younger coaches take responsibility and deliver such a strong session. I was really proud of how they handled it.

🔥 JUNIOR BLACK BELT ALERT! 🔥

We are beyond proud to celebrate our first two Junior Black Belts! 🥋

Years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance have led to this incredible achievement. Their grading was no easy task! A tough 1 hour 45 minutes, including a 1 mile run, followed by 4 rounds of sparring 💪

Daisy began her journey back in November 2018, and Dominic earned his very first belt during lockdown with a Zoom grading in May 2020

Watching these two grow, not just as martial artists but into confident, disciplined young individuals, has been an absolute privilege. Their dedication over the years has been nothing short of outstanding.

You should both be incredibly proud of yourselves, we certainly are! 👏
