As well as preventing & slowing down osteopenia & sarcopenia ( thinning & wasting of muscles & bones 🦴 ) which, when approaching mid- life with hormonal decline we as women are more at risk !!!

⭐️Low impact muscle toning weights class.
⭐️Hitting the problem areas 👉🏻 arms 💪 bottom 🍑 mid - section & thighs.
⭐️Beginners welcome as we will be starting from the fundamentals/ basics & it’s just 45mins.
⭐️Your own equipment ( mat & weights) is essential, but I have a few sets If you are stuck !

I forgot to tell you another great benefit 👉🏻 using weights / resistance training also gives your metabolism a kick !! 🦵

That means a calorie burn 🔥 even when resting!

A beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga and the core building strength of Pilates is sure to leave you feeling relaxed & calm even on the busiest days !

These days most of us spend our days in “hurry mode.” We rush through our commute to work. We rush through family time.
We even rush through a restful night’s sleep by spending each night thinking about the next day’s schedule!
Wouldn’t it be nice to slow things down, just for a little while, sleep 💤 peacefully & stretch out ??🤔🤔

Can’t believe it !! 🤠😱

May 22nd marks our 1st Anniversary for line dancing & to think it all started from this photo !👇

An invite to a birthday party resulted in me winging line dancing because the booked line dancing entertainment cancelled last minute.

So scrambling some choreography to the only song I knew “Achy Breaky Heart 💓 “ ( cheesy 🧀🧀)in the toilets was the start of something !!

Yes I was out of my comfort zone. ✅
Yea I wingged it…. but the show always has to go on and who knows where it may lead you !
