🍺We’ve loved hearing Paul’s daily updates throughout; from the people he’s met along the way to the pub stops to refresh him and the bus shelter bed😅

🚵🏻‍♂️Yesterday was a quieter day on the WhatsApp channel - as riders are getting closer to the end, the focus is on clocking up the miles and counting down to the end.

✅Everyone has now ticked off City number 6 - Wrexham. With just the finishing city of Newport to go 🙌🏻

⛪️Tuesday saw Ed tick off 3 Cities; Bangor, St Asaph and Wrexham 🙌🏻

🍳Paul started the day in a luxury hotel with a full Welsh breakfast, and ended it in a phone box, collecting rain water to boil for his pot noodles😅🌧️

⛪️Chris & Rob passed through Bangor & St Asaph - hitting the rain and making friends along the way 🐮

😔Sebastian had to call it a day on his 7 Cities adventure, due to an ankle injury. We wish him well and he did an amazing job getting to Bangor 🚴‍♂️
