RED Runners (Rochford Endurance & Distance) is a running club based in Rochford, Essex, UK. We are Affiliated with England Athletics. RED) Runners.

We are friendly mixed ability club always welcoming new members, we train around the Rochford, Southend, Chalkwell area. We are Rochford Endurance and Distance (i.e. We’re a friendly, informal, no fuss, no frills bunch with a focus on good honest running. We love the trails, we pound the roads. RED Runners are affiliated with England Athletics.

REDS Saturday parkrun adventures, the gang were spread far and wide for the weekly 5k it’s not a race 🤥🤣. Lot’s of the gang were also giving back volunteering as well 👏🏻

Wow! What a weekend for the REDS gang 🙌🏻 Friday night saw the summer social in Leigh, followed by the after party at Sarah’s 👀 Saturday saw the REDS gang hit various Parkruns across the County and a tourist run in Greece. It was also REDS Ben Birthday 🥳 rumour has it his still trying to blow out his candles 😉 Want to have fun and get fit at the same time Be 🔴

BOSH! That’s how REDS roll, the gang were out in force tonight for our 25 x 1 min on / off. The gang were split into pace groups, but in true 🔴’s style the paces were 🔥. The gang working 💪🏼. Want to join the hottest club in town? Come check us out Be 🔴

Four of the REDS Gang hit the first ever Colne Valley Marathon (actually an Ultra) this morning. It was self nav, trail and 🥵. The route was challenging to say the least, with hills, farmers fields that resembled the moons surface and narrow paths, it also had GATES lots of GATES. The gang finished off feeling cute 😁.

WOW! What a Saturday for the REDS Gang 🙌🏻. REDS Jenny hitting her 100th parkrun at Squerryes Winery 🍾, four of the gang hitting PB’s at Chalkwell with Sam dipping under 20 mins 💪🏼. Then the rest of the gang dotted around 😊 Consistency getting results

The RAIN 👀 didn’t stop the REDS gang hitting the trails over Hadleigh tonight. The gang took on the undulating Hadleigh hills finishing off with STORM THE CASTLE. The gang certainly stormed it 💪🏼 wanna be part of the gang, come check us out Be 🔴
