🥇Saints Achievement Award🥇
A new award for someone who deserves special recognition within the squad. She is always in the discussions after a game for player of the match. Her playing standards rarely drop and she has everything a modern rugby player needs. Fitness, power, speed and an inner aggression. She is one of the toughest players we have, not just physically but mentally and her knowledge of the game is exceptional. We are very grateful to coach such a passionate, caring, and dedicated player. She is one of the reasons we are able to boast about the success of the Saints.

🥇BEST NEWCOMER🥇
She has been like a sponge continually learning each aspect of the game, asking how she can improve, and never seems worried if things do no go to plan.
If you were to open up a rugby guide book to look up the perfect text book tackle you would find an image of this individual. She has been an absolute joy to coach and rarely do you see anything other than a determination to improve. One quote that stands out when she joined ‘I’m not bothered about playing, I’m just happy to train. That didn’t last long at all.

🥇PLAYER’S PLAYER🥇
You do not win this award unless you are an exceptional rugby player. She is definitely that. She is determined, aggressive and contributes a huge amount to the workload of our team.
She is such a lovely person and deserves all the fun she has.
The only time we as coaches get any grief from her is when training or games must be cancelled. What a wonderful season she has had and we are very lucky to have her.

Mary demonstrates all the good in rugby. Enjoyment, Discipline, Sportsmanship, Teamwork and Respect, all the core values of rugby.
She is a main cog in our team, has continuously stood out since she joined the Saints. She is often seen helping our SouthSend kids on a Sunday. She is always there for others, encouraging, helping the newer players develop, and making them feel at ease.

🥇MOST IMPROVED PLAYER🥇
This season has been Kirsty’s first real season, but her amazing attitude and desire to improve her skills has made her a regular starter. She listens, demonstrates teamwork, and remains disciplined in a very tough position. It’s clear to see she is enjoying her rugby and understands her role in the team. She is a pleasure to coach!
