💙 A LITTLE SUPPORT FROM OUR SWIMMING FAMILY COULD MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE 💙

We’re asking all of our swimming families, friends and supporters to please take just 2 minutes to sign this important petition.

Brogan is just 17 and is living with Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA) — a rare, progressive and life-limiting neurological condition for which there is currently no cure.

A treatment called Omaveloxolone (Skyclarys) has been approved in the UK, but it is not currently available on the NHS.

The petition needs 100,000 signatures by 24th September to get the issue considered for a debate in Parliament and give families affected by FA a chance to have their voices heard. ❤️

We call on the Government to fund NHS access to Omaveloxolone in the UK. We believe the drug should also be considered under the HST programme, which we feel is the only appraisal route which reflects the realities of Friedreich's Ataxia. This is a degenerative disease & time is of the essence.

Welcome back 🏊‍♀️💦

It’s nearly time to come back, with only a few weeks left until we start our new term! We hope you’ve all had a wonderful, relaxing break so far and are feeling refreshed and ready for the new term ahead. ☀️😊

We’re really excited to be returning in the first week of September and can’t wait to welcome all our swimmers back to the pool! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Our new term will run for 7 weeks, from Tuesday 1st September to Sunday 18th October.

Everyone will remain in their previous class unless we have been notified otherwise.

If you no longer require your space, please let us know as soon as possible, as we now have waiting lists in place.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back and kicking off another fantastic term of swimming! 💙
