• Sunday 30th August – Classes as usual
• Bank Holiday Monday 31st August – Hot Yoga at 10:00am 🔥
Please note: this replaces the usual Monday 6:30pm Hot Yoga class.

Start your Bank Holiday Monday with movement, heat and a good stretch — then enjoy the rest of the day feeling energised and refreshed.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today for our charity fundraising event in support of Cancer Research UK. 💙🎗️

Together, we raised an incredible £545 for Cancer Research UK — thank you so much to everyone who came along, took part and helped us raise such a fantastic amount for an important cause.

A very special thank you to John for facilitating today’s Transformational Breathwork session and creating such a powerful space for everyone to breathe, connect and experience something a little different.

And of course, thank you to Jenny and Louise for being part of today’s event and giving their time to support the fundraiser too.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make today happen. 💗🥰

A very special thank you to Jenny and Louise for facilitating today’s beautiful Sound Bath, giving everyone the opportunity to slow down, switch off and simply rest while supporting such an important cause.

Huge thanks also to John for facilitating the Transformational Breathwork session and for helping to make today such a special event.

Most importantly, thank you to every single person who came along and donated. Your support and generosity made today possible, and we are incredibly grateful. 🙏💗
